What We Do

NY First was formed in 2004 to advance industry research and advocacy. On many issues NY First brings together all insurance distribution channels to benefit the industry as a whole. We are a coalition of insurance companies and trade associations that support the independent agency system in New York, with a focus on legislative & regulatory advocacy and industry research.
